How much does it cost?
There’s a one-time setup fee and a monthly fee. We’ll give you the exact price in writing after your free demo, before you decide anything. The demo itself is free.
What information does it use?
Only your public web pages and the documents you choose to give us, such as price sheets, policies or FAQs. It has no access to your email, customer records or payment systems. The free demo uses your public website only.
Does it answer my phone or email?
No. It’s a chat box on your website: customers type a question there and get an answer there. It doesn’t answer phone calls, reply to emails, book appointments or take payments.
Will it replace my staff?
No. It can answer the questions you get over and over, day and night. For anything it can’t answer, it tells customers to contact you directly. Work that needs a person still goes to a person.
What if it gets something wrong?
It answers only from your pages and documents and shows where each answer came from, so customers can check it for themselves. If something is out of date or unclear, tell us and we’ll fix the page or document it relies on. No AI tool is perfect; keeping it to your own pages and showing where answers come from makes mistakes easier to spot and correct.
How long does setup take?
We expect about a week, depending on how many pages and documents you have and how quickly you can review it. We’ll give you a firmer estimate after your demo.
Does it give medical, legal or financial advice?
It isn’t set up to. For clinics and law offices, we set it up for front-desk questions only, such as hours, forms, parking and what to bring, and we leave pages with medical or legal information out of what it reads.
What happens to my free demo?
It’s built only from your public web pages, and we delete it 14 days after we build it unless you ask us in writing to keep it. Our privacy notice has the details.
